A single drop in rate allows for flexibility.
Two week package
Great for a quick getaway.
The two week package includes 4 property checks per two week period.
Monthly package
Spending a longer time away from home?
The monthly package includes 8 property checks per month.
Custom pricing for extended vacancies available upon request
General property check includes:
Flushing all plumbing
Visual inspection to ensure no leaks from plumbing, windows, roof, etc.
Plant care
Light dusting as necessary
Ensure optimal temperature is maintained
Check for insect/rodent infestation
Clear mail
Put any and all packages inside
If you don't have smart lighting, will randomize security lighting
Report to you at time of completion
Other services may be arranged upon request
Maintenance coordination:
Should something require attention, maintenance can be coordinated with a 10% mark up on any work, per invoice
